Are you a woman age 40-64? If so, you may qualify for our Care for Yourself program. This program allows uninsured or under-insured women to be screened for breast and cervical cancer.
Now is the most important time for mammograms, pap tests, cholesterol and glucose screenings. Through our Care for Yourself program, you may qualify for these screenings at no cost to you.
Please contact our CFY Coordinator, Jerilyn Lasley, at (641) 437-4332 today to see if you qualify!
